We collect the following data when you use Tickstem:

• Email address (via OAuth login with GitHub or Google)
• Job configurations and execution logs you create
• Billing information processed by Paddle (we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service — scheduling jobs, sending execution results, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki). Execution logs are retained for 7–90 days depending on your plan, then permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

• Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance
• GitHub / Google — OAuth authentication

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is irreversible and takes effect immediately.
