We collect the following data when you use Tickstem:

• Email address (via OAuth login with GitHub or Google)
• Job configurations and execution logs you create
• Billing information processed by Paddle (we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service — scheduling jobs, sending execution results, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner, Helsinki). Execution logs are retained for 7–90 days depending on your plan, then permanently deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

• Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance
• GitHub / Google — OAuth authentication
• Grafana Cloud — infrastructure metrics and logs (no user PII)

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process requests within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
