1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tickstem ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Tickstem is a cron-job scheduling platform that allows developers to create, manage, and monitor scheduled HTTP jobs. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, or abuse of third-party systems.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all tax obligations on your behalf. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Quota and Usage

Each plan includes a monthly execution quota. Executions exceeding the quota will not be performed until the next billing period unless you upgrade your plan.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickstem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
