After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period unless within the 30-day guarantee window.
